Minimum System Requirements for the CODA Modem

  1. High-speed Cable Broadband Internet Service
  2. Computer with a working Ethernet port and an Ethernet cable with RJ45 connectors
  3. Web browser access, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari
  4. Please check with your Cable Broadband Internet Service Provider to ensure that it provides DOCSIS 3.1 service. Otherwise, the Hitron CODA modem will only work in DOCSIS 3.0 mode.
  5. Not compatible with Cable-bundled voice services.
