Understanding CODA DOCSIS Modem Labels: Deciphering Serial Numbers and MAC Addresses

CODA Product Label

The cable modem product label is located on the rear panel of the cable modem and displays the serial number and MAC address of the cable modem.
To activate Internet service, you will have to contact your service provider for assistance. You may have to provide the following information listed on your cable modem product label:
  1. Model name (CODA)
  2. Serial number (S/N)
  3. MAC address (CM MAC)
