Hitron CODA56 DOCSIS 3.1 Modem - Troubleshooting LAN LED Off Issue

CODA56 LAN LED is Off

1. Check that the power to the modem is ON and that both ends of the Ethernet cable are securely connected to the modem and computer.

2. Check that you are using the Ethernet cable that HITRON supplied for this product.

3. If the problem remains, it could be that the Ethernet cable is damaged.
