Hitron CODA56 DOCSIS 3.1 Modem - Troubleshooting POWER LED Off Issue

CODA56 POWER LED is Off

1. Press the POWER button once to see if the LED is on and if the equipment turns on.

2. Make sure that the power adapter is securely connected to your modem and securely connected to a working electrical outlet.

3. Check that the electrical outlet is working. Is the outlet controlled by a light switch?

4. Check that you are using the power adapter that HITRON supplied for this product.

5. If the problem remains, it could be an issue with the power adaptor.
(Note: Only use a supplied HITRON power adapter to avoid any potential equipment damages.)
