CODA56 POWER LED is Off

  1. Make sure that the power adapter is securely connected to your modem and securely connected to a working electrical outlet.

  2. Check that the electrical outlet is working. Is the outlet controlled by a light switch?

  3. Check that you are using the power adapter that HITRON supplied for this product.

  4. If the problem remains, it could be an issue with the power adapter.
