D60 How do I factory reset my D60 5G?
Factory Resetting your D60 Gateway can be done in 3 ways.
Option 1: Using the xIQ Mobile App
From the main app screen navigate to 'Settings' and under the "Gateway" section of the settings page you will find an option to factory reset your gateway.
Option 2: Using the D60 Router GUI
Once logged into the GUI, use the navigation options on the left to navigate to 'System' ➝ 'Reboot/Reset'.
Option 3: Using the Reset Button on the Back of the D60
Use a paper clip to press and hold the reset button in and hold it (all LEDs will blink while you hold it) for 10-15 seconds. All LEDs will turn off when reset is complete.
