How do I access the GUI on the D60?

To access the GUI (Graphical User Interface) of the router,
  1. Connect a mobile phone or computer to the D60 Wi-Fi or use an ethernet cable to connect to the device.
  2. Open a web browser and navigate to the URL http://172.30.55.1
Note: The default address is 172.30.55.1

You should see the xIQ login page.

  1. The username will be 'cusadmin'.
  2. The password will be listed on the label of your D60.
Note: It's important to customize this password and the xIQ mobile app will remind users to customize it as part of the security assessment done in the app. Please make sure to record this password in a secure place.

In the event you've lost your GUI password, you can:
  • Use the xIQ mobile app to make whatever changes to your network that you need.
  • Attempt to factory reset your D60 in order for the password to return to the value on the device label.
  • Note this will reset all device settings to default, impacting all devices in your home and require you to setup your home network again.
  • Contact Hitron Support and we can set a temporary password for you.
