Create a Support Ticket: If you need additional assistance, you can submit a support ticket by clicking the “Add Ticket” or “+” button in the upper-right corner of the screen, or by clicking linkProvide the required details, and our Primary Support Team will respond during the following hours: Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).

    If your ticket requires escalation to our Senior Engineering Team, response times will follow regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mountain Time).
