  1. Start with the Knowledge Base: Our Knowledge Base has articles, guides, and troubleshooting steps. It’s the fastest way to find answers to common questions.

  2. Use Live Chat (Retail Customers ONLY): Go to https://us.hitrontech.com/contact-support and click the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen. After you complete the short form, you’ll be connected with a live agent for technical support during the following hours, Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).  Click here to chat with an Agent.

  3. Submit a Support Ticket (Retail Customers Only): If you need additional assistance, you can submit a support ticket by clicking the “Add Ticket” or “+” button in the upper-right corner of the screen, or by clicking link. Provide the required details, and our Primary Support Team will respond during the following hours: Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Pacific Time).

    If your ticket requires escalation to our Senior Engineering Team, response times will follow regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mountain Time).
