To check your modem’s Internet speed, use a speed test server, such as speedtest.net:

1. Open a web browser.

2. Type in the URL www.speedtest.net.

3. Click on the “GO” icon in the middle of the page. The speed test will first test your download speed, then it will test your upload speed.
