My Device Is Connected to the APEX2008 Switch but Has No Internet
This usually means the device has a network connection but is not receiving Internet access from the router.
Check the following:
- Make sure the switch is connected to a LAN port on your router (not the WAN/Internet port).
- Restart your network in this order:
- Modem
- Router
- Switch
- Confirm your router is providing Internet access to other devices.
The switch does not assign Internet access on its own—it relies on the router.
