The APEX2008 Switch Has No Power (No LEDs Are On)
If no LEDs are on, the switch is not receiving power.
- Make sure the included power adapter is firmly connected to the switch.
- Plug the power adapter directly into a working wall outlet.
- Confirm the outlet is working by testing another device.
- Disconnect the power adapter, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect it.
If the Power LED still does not turn solid green, contact Support.
