Troubleshooting the APEX2005: The Power LED Is On, but My Devices Are Not Connecting

The Power LED Is On, but My Devices Are Not Connecting (APEX2005)

This usually indicates a cabling or device issue.
  1. Make sure Ethernet cables are firmly connected at both ends.
  2. Try a different Ethernet cable.
  3. Plug the device into a different switch port.
  4. Restart the connected device.
If the device works when connected directly to your router, the issue may be with the cable or port being used.
