The Power LED Is On, but My Devices Are Not Connecting (APEX2008)
This usually indicates a cabling or device issue.
- Make sure Ethernet cables are firmly connected at both ends.
- Try a different Ethernet cable.
- Plug the device into a different switch port.
- Restart the connected device.
If the device works when connected directly to your router, the issue may be with the cable or port being used.
